  3 stars because of pricing and unresolved issue that was later pointed out that Tyrepower Dongera had not put a resistor on to a new ($108) coil they installed. Which in turn led to the new coil being cooked. There was a large sticker on the coil saying it need a voltage reducing resistor.

  We have definitely learnt OUR lesson, shop else where people or receive a dodgy job and can't receive your money back cause it's not a franchise....lesson learnt!!

  On a number of occasions we have had issues from batteries, tyres and the final straw was my husbands exhaust,which we asked them to replace and it ended up costing $1500 and we are still not happy!! We requested our money back after the 4th time of the vehicle being back there and offered to take the exhaust of ourselves and we were told that wasn't an option! Husband had a heated discussion with Malcolm (the owner) and didn't get anywhere,therefore we contacted Alwyn the mid west representative for Tyre power from Perth head office.

  All though the Tyrepower Dongera staff were motivated to help the $750 cost vs end result was not satisfactory.

  They are always friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them. Highly recommend them to everyone.
